Our restaurants are the place to enjoy local and creative food with an international touch. We find it particularly important to use seasonal and regional produce and meat from humane sources. We focus on quality when selecting our ingredients to obtain the important nutrients that make our food taste how it should.


Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan cuisine – feel-good food for your entire body

Nowadays, lots of people live with food intolerances or want to abstain from all animal products. We find it important to respect your personal nutritional requirements and even contribute to your general well-being with the food we serve. Our restaurant can make vegan dishes upon request: tofu, seasonal produce, home-made vegan dishes, special vegan convenience products, seasonal fruits and sorbets.

Enjoy your breakfast with seasonal produce like fruit, vegetables, honey, marmalade and margarine. We’ll be happy to serve vegan spreads upon request. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free produce like pasta, pastries, cheese, cold meats, spreads and cereals are available upon request.

If you follow a vegan, lactose-free and/or gluten-free diet, we kindly ask you to let us know when booking or a few days before you arrive.

As regards the dress code, ladies must wear elegant casual clothes, while men are expected to wear trousers, a shirt or t-shirt with at least short sleeves, and closed shoes.
